Reflection:
What this statement probably means is that someone that listens is likely to take good notes. In other words, someone would take good notes if they are listening carefully. For example if they are paying attention to what the teacher is showing ,yet it'll be hard to remember, the best thing to do is take notes to help you understand it later on.
