Reflection:
What this statement probably means is that you can do things quickly ,but not fast. In other words don't rush, just do things just a little fast. For example, if you want to go to a baseball game , then don't rush but prepare things the day before so you wouldn't have to worry about what you are going to wear, find the tickets, etc.
